Tracking numbers may take a few days before becoming active on the tracking website and that might generate an absence of tracking information in the early days of your order. If this happens, please try again later. But rest assured that the estimated shipping time will remain valid regardless of the tracking site update issue. If available, we will recommend customers to purchase a tracking number and shipping insurance during the checkout.
All of our packages are shipped from different Warehouses. Our items are shipping duty unpaid and therefore import tax may occur depending on your country’s Customs and shipping method. If you want to know more, you may check with your local Customs Office.
